Justin Fields Gives “Chicago” One Star Review On Letterboxd
As we’ve known for weeks, the Chicago Bears hold the NFL draft in the palm of their paws this April by acquiring the number one overall pick from the Carolina Panthers. There has been rampant speculation as to their plans, given they already have a capable QB on the roster. Today, however, drama may have just entered into the equation: Justin Fields gave the 2002 film “Chicago” a paltry one-star review on Letterboxd, an app for documenting movies you watched and your critiques. “Just didn’t do it for me tbh..” Fields typed after hammering in just a single star review. NFL fans immediately flocked to social media to discuss the cryptic news. “This definitively means Justin Fields wants out,” said Dov Kleiman, which was then copy and pasted by several other massive accounts. “Who’s stopping this offense?” said PFF, posting a poorly-photoshopped Caleb Williams, Drake Maye, Jayden Daniels, and J.J. McCarthy onto the Bears offense in separate posts. At press time, Fields clarified that the scathing review was due to Rob Marshall’s poor directorial sequencing, and lackluster performances by Renee Zellweger and Catherine Zeta-Jones that failed to add to the zeitgeist of roaring 20s media in a 21st century that demands more aggressive storytelling when factoring in cultural attitudes and advanced media literacy for the modern times.
